For USA Orders: When you order with PipingRock, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to find out the status of your shipment.
For International Orders: You may or may not receive tracking numbers, depending on the delivery method selected.
Our shipping rates are based off the calculated weight of your order. Please note we do not make any money from the shipping charges on your order. Our phone operators are not able to waive shipping fees.
We're sorry, once an order ships, we cannot change the address, cancel, or otherwise stop shipment.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal. Please note, we are unable to process prepaid or gift credit cards at this time.
We're sorry, once an order is placed, you cannot add, delete or alter it. If it has not yet shipped, you can cancel the order so it can be replaced with the additional items.
You have 60 minutes to cancel an order after it is placed. This can be done by going to the Order History tab under My Account.
You can expect an order confirmation containing the details of your order via email within 24 hours – but usually this order confirmation will be emailed to you within moments of completing your order.
PipingRock is proud to offer same-day shipping on most orders placed before 12 noon (EST). Shipping confirmation is sent via email once your order has left our supplement warehouse. You will usually receive shipping confirmation 24-48 hours after you have placed your order.
On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock, we will notify you via email right away. Your in-stock items will ship immediately, while backordered items will ship as soon as they are available -- at no additional cost to you.

Cookies are very small files downloaded by your web browser and used to remember the particulars of your last visit to PipingRock.com. They are only used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.
You’ll find the Sign In / Join link at the top right of every page. You can also just click here. On the login page, you can either register to become a PipingRock member or login to your existing account by entering your email address and password. Once you’re registered and logged-in, look for the My Account link at the top right of every page. Click this My Account link to change your address, adjust your preferences, review your order history, edit your account and more.
First, make sure that you are logged in. Then, click the My Account link in the upper-right corner of your screen. This link will take you to your Account page, which has an Order History link that enables you to review all of your past orders.

To find the email associated with your account, try logging into your personal email and searching for any emails that you have received from our company email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have any order confirmations or transactional emails in your inbox, the email affiliated with this account is most likely the email we have on file for your customer account.
If you’re still struggling to find the email associated with your PipingRock account, our customer care team is here to help.
Existing customers, simply re-activate your account using the same email address as before. You’ll need to provide your First Name, Last Name, Email, and a new Password. This will allow you to keep all your information and order history in one place.
New customers, you can create an account here. Creating an account will enable you to easily track your orders, save your shipping information, and access other benefits reserved for our valued customers. You may also create an account after placing an order on the confirmation page.
