Returns within the USA
Your return is on us! Just follow these easy steps below
Write down your Tracking Number (located at the bottom of the return label) and save it to easily track your return.
Fill in the product information on the Return Form provided. Cut the form out and enclose it inside of the package along with the product(s) you will be returning.
Cut out the Pre-Paid Return Label and securely attach it to the outside of the package. Make sure to remove any existing labels on the package beforehand.

U.S. Customers may return the unused portion of a product within one year of their date of purchase. A short explanation of your return must be included along with the returned package.
Once your return has been received, a refund will be issued immediately.
We will fully refund and/or replace an order when:
- You are not satisfied with the products you have received
- You receive the wrong order, or missing items in your order
- Your package gets returned from customs due to product restrictions
- Your package is returned because of an undeliverable address
Customers outside the U.S. may return the unused portion of a product within 4 months of their date of purchase. A short explanation of your return must be included along with the returned package. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued.
