  1. In a blender, add frozen fruit, yogurt, tart cherry juice and agave nectar.
  2. Blend on high until smooth. If your smoothie is too thick, try adding a bit of water or more juice to thin it out. If your smoothie needs more sweetness, add more sweetener until desired flavor.
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Overnight Chia Cherry Juice (Yields 16)

  1. In a 16-ounce jar, add your cherry juice, apple juice and water. Add the chia seeds, cover the jar, and shake vigorously.
  2. Let the mixture settle, then shake again. Repeat this process every 30 seconds or so for about 3 minutes. This helps to evenly distribute the chia seeds while they soak up the liquid.
  3. Store in the refrigerator overnight so the chia seeds can finish becoming evenly distributed in the juicy goodness. Serve cold and enjoy
